Cruise Line Jobs

Have you ever dreamed of having your office on a luxurious cruise ship?  Believe it or not you can… assuming you have specialized skills.  Some higher-level cruise line jobs include captain, onboard doctor, massage therapy, fitness instructor and much more.  A simple Google search of ‘cruise line jobs’ can yield a wealth of information relating to fields in which people can work on cruise ships.

There are also lower-income cruise line jobs, for individuals that don’t have much education or experience.  Some are not as stressful as others.  Examples of these types of jobs could be cashiers, casino operators or shampooers.  These jobs are more competitive, despite the pay.

Pet-Friendly Cruise Ships

When most people prepare for their cruise trip, they have to place their pets in a kennel. This is because the majority of commercial cruise ships won’t allow pets, for two reasons. The first is due to health concerns, since it can be difficult getting an animal to relieve itself on a cruise ship in a sanitary manner. The second is in regards to the legalities that arise in allowing animals to enter the ports at which a cruise ship docks.

A lot of the cabin accommodations that you will find on cruise ships are not actually very secure. They may possess sturdy locks or card-key locks, but these are not changed nearly as often as in hotels. This means that someone who has stayed in your same cabin before may still be capable of getting back in, if they choose to do so. So when you are traveling about the world in a cruise ship, one of the best things that you can do to protect yourself and to deter thieves from stealing your personal belongings is simply not to carry too much with you at any time.
